With more than 25 years of experience in commercial and military IT—including cybersecurity, information security, and enterprise technology—she has built IntellecTechs into a high-performing, nationally recognized managed service provider and government contractor since its founding in 2008.
A Service-Disabled Navy Veteran, Ms. Prophet is deeply committed to supporting those who have served. She created NowHiringVeterans.com and founded MOVIT (Mentoring Our Veterans into Tomorrow) to help wounded and transitioning service members secure meaningful employment. Her leadership in veteran advocacy and workforce development has earned recognition from the Virginia Department of Veteran Services, ESGR, and numerous community organizations.
Under her guidance, IntellecTechs has achieved sustained growth, industry credibility, and a reputation for excellence in cybersecurity and IT innovation. Ms. Prophet is a frequent expert voice in the media and a trusted educator for companies, government agencies, and community groups on emerging technology and security issues.
Her accomplishments span both military service and entrepreneurship, including being named Virginia’s 2022 Small Business Person of the Year, alongside multiple national and regional awards for business leadership and community impact.

As Senior Vice President at IntellecTechs, Inc., Mr. Travis Maupin provides executive leadership and strategic direction across the company’s federal and commercial business portfolios. He oversees program operations, business development, and client engagement, ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions that align with customer missions and corporate growth objectives.
Travis joined IntellecTechs in 2023 as Vice President and quickly distinguished himself through his leadership, operational insight, and focus on excellence. His efforts have strengthened key partnerships and positioned the company for continued success in the federal contracting arena.
Before entering the private sector, Travis served 23 years as a U.S. Navy submarine officer, gaining extensive experience in engineering, maintenance, information technology, and strategic planning. His background provides a strong foundation for managing complex programs and leading multidisciplinary teams in support of mission-critical operations.
Travis holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Systems Engineering from Thomas Edison State University. Originally from a military family, he grew up on the West Coast and later settled in Southeast Georgia, where he and his wife of more than 20 years, Heather, have raised three children. He remains deeply committed to family, community, and a lifelong ethos of service and leadership.

Lori Smith serves as Vice President of Business Services at IntellecTechs, Inc., having joined the company in 2018. In her role, she provides strategic leadership across business operations and enterprise-wide proposal development, supporting organizational growth through high quality, competitive pursuits and strong operational discipline.
With more than eight years of leadership experience at IntellecTechs, including roles in proposal management, Lori brings deep expertise in managing complex proposal lifecycles, driving process improvement, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. She is recognized for building high performing teams, strengthening internal partnerships, and maintaining rigorous standards for quality, efficiency, and compliance.
Lori’s career includes more than 23 years supporting the Department of Defense and multiple federal agencies through a Fortune 500 Center of Excellence, along with ten years of combined experience supporting small socioeconomic businesses. This background provides her with a well‑rounded perspective on both large‑scale federal programs and the small business competitive landscape. Known for translating complex technical, operational, and compliance requirements into clear, compelling narratives, she brings a calm, collaborative leadership style grounded in integrity and service, positioning her as a trusted leader committed to organizational excellence and empowering the teams behind each success.

As Sales Director at IntellecTechs, Divante Hamilton strives to deliver customized technical solutions that align with each client’s strategic objectives while keeping them secure and compliant. Divante’s role encompasses partnering with organizations across diverse industries to identify challenges, implement effective technologies, and drive sustainable growth as the primary point of contact for our clients.
Prior to joining IntellecTechs in 2021, Divante led a team as the Director of Growth and Operations for four years for a nonprofit in Indianapolis, Indiana before returning home to Virginia Beach, Virginia. Divante holds a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Industrial Organization Psychology both from Eastern Kentucky University and attended Ferrum College for his undergrad.
Divante was named a Top 40 under 40 honoree in 2025 by Inside Business, The Hampton Roads Business Journal and a recipient of the IntellecTechs CEO Prestige Award in 2024.
